Hello all! Time to celebrate Smokey Bear’s 64th year in style at national historic landmark Timberline Lodge.

This year’s b-day bash is Saturday, August 2, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., and visitors can play games, win prizes, hear the true story of Smokey Bear and meet the big guy himself. Enjoy birthday cake at 1 p.m. in the Barlow Room and make sure to stop by the Forest Service interpretive desk in the lower lobby for more information about the Lodge, Smokey Bear and fire prevention. Don’t forget the camera!
